Who we are
SkillSpark AI Academy ("we", "us") runs AI courses at No.1, East Vanniar Street, West K.K. Nagar, Chennai – 600078, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy explains how we handle personal data on skillsparkai.in, on WhatsApp and in our classes.
What we collect
- Details you give us: name, phone / WhatsApp number, email, the course you are interested in, the learner's age or class, and any message you send.
- Children's details: for courses for children, we collect a child's name and class only from a parent or guardian, with their consent.
- Ad and visit information: which ad or link brought you to our website (for example a Google or Instagram ad), pages viewed, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar tools.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a free demo class
- To share batch timings, fees and admission details
- To run classes, issue certificates and support learners
- To understand which of our ads and posts are useful, and improve them
- To send you updates about courses, only if you agreed to be contacted
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Pixel. These tools help us measure visits and see whether our ads lead to enquiries. They may use cookies and may process data on servers outside India under their own privacy policies. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the academy, such as our website host, form and messaging tools (including WhatsApp), and the analytics and advertising services above, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact, and student records for as long as needed for the course, certificates and legal or tax obligations. After that we delete them.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Reply "STOP" on WhatsApp, or write to us at the email below. Parents and guardians may make these requests for their children.
